Meridian’s junior and senior high teens meet on Sunday morning at 9:30, and Wednesday evening at 6:30 in the Youth Room. Special events, recreation, and Bible studies provide a great atmosphere for developing friendships, encouraging one another, and growing spiritually.
Our Youth Ministry begins with our Sunday morning Sunday school. We believe God’s Word should be taught in an exciting and practical manner without compromising the message.
In a world that is teaching teenagers the absence of absolute truth, we at Meridian’s Youth Group believe it is our responsibility to teach the absolute truth of God’s Word. We do so through fun, interactive small groups where discussion and questions are strongly encouraged. We also enjoy a time of fun activities and great fellowship each Wednesday night.
Teens have the opportunity of attending a week of Bible Camp each summer. The philosophy and operations of each camp are carefully scrutinized to ensure the consistency of the message and lifestyle as well as safety. In addition, the teens have regular activities and outreach opportunities.
